Method
- Mix together all ingredients. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve. Will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator. Great served on chicken, fish tacos, and tortilla chips!
- MAKE AHEAD: Best served same day but may be made a day in advance.
Notes
PEACHES: I prefer to leave the skin on in this recipe however, you may peel the peaches if desired. Additionally, I make the peach cuts slightly larger than the other ingredients to let them shine.
JALAPENOS: For more heat, feel free to leave the seeds in the salsa.
