Fresh Peach Salsa is a bright and refreshing summer salsa with a bold peach flavor that makes an excellent topping for fish and poultry dishes or can stand alone as a dip for tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 medium fresh peaches, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Note: Gram measurements do not adjust automatically with the serving multiplier.

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve. Will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator. Great served on chicken, fish tacos, and tortilla chips!
  2. MAKE AHEAD: Best served same day but may be made a day in advance.

Notes

PEACHES: I prefer to leave the skin on in this recipe however, you may peel the peaches if desired. Additionally, I make the peach cuts slightly larger than the other ingredients to let them shine.
JALAPENOS: For more heat, feel free to leave the seeds in the salsa.
