Kiwi Pineapple Salsa is a bright and refreshing summer salsa with both sweet and sour flavors that makes an excellent topping for fish and poultry dishes or can stand alone as a dip for tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Note: Gram measurements do not adjust automatically with the serving multiplier.

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Great as a topping for chicken, fish tacos, or with tortilla chips!
  2. MAKE AHEAD: May be made a day in advance.
