Method
COOKIES
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugars for 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before fully cooling on wire rack.
STORAGE
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer up to 3 months.
